Each handle mounts to your rack via a heavy-duty two-bolt plate with dowel-pin alignment, locking in a rock-solid connection with zero play under load. A spring-loaded quick-release pin drives fast, tool-free height adjustment, while the pivoting arm rotates and locks at your chosen angle for a grip that's built around you, not the other way around.
